How BidTrowel works
From hundreds of new notices a week to the handful worth your time, then a first draft of the bid.
1. We collect every new notice
Each morning we read new notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, the UK Government's official procurement platforms, through their public data feeds.
2. We match them to your firm
Each notice is tagged by trade using its official CPV codes and wording, placed in a region from the buyer's address, then compared with your trades, areas and largest contract size.
3. You get a scored shortlist
Every match gets a score out of 100 with the reasons shown. AI writes a three-line summary of each notice; it can be wrong, so every alert links to the official notice and you should always read it before bidding.
4. You draft the bid with your own evidence (early access)
On Alerts + Drafting, upload past bids, method statements, policies, certificates and CVs. For a tender you choose, BidTrowel lists the questions, drafts answers using only your documents, shows the source of each point and flags what is missing. Your documents are never used to train AI models.
5. You decide and submit
You stay in charge of every answer and every submission. BidTrowel never contacts buyers for you.
