    Question 2 · 20% of the quality score · max 500 words

Explain how you will monitor and maintain cleaning standards across the three schools.

Each school will have a named site supervisor working on site during cleaning hours. Supervisors will complete a digital audit against the agreed specification every week, scoring each area out of 100. Any area scoring below 90 will be re-cleaned within 24 hours, and each school will receive a monthly report of audit scores, issues raised and how quickly each was fixed.

Every listing comes from Find a Tender or Contracts Finder and links to the official notice. We never copy tender documents.

    No personal details on show

We take out email addresses, phone numbers and named contacts found in notices, and do not name suppliers without a Companies House number, who may be sole traders.

    Questions

How is this different from the free government alerts?

The government sites email you every notice that matches a saved search. BidTrowel checks each one against your trade, area and contract size, scores it, explains why, and warns you about things such as accreditations the buyer asks for.

    Which trades do you cover?

Building repairs and maintenance, electrical, heating and plumbing, fire and security, cleaning, grounds and trees, pest control, and waste and recycling.

Does the AI write the whole bid?

It writes a first draft of each answer using only your documents, shows where every point came from and marks anything you need to add. You check, edit and submit. It never invents facts, figures or experience.

    Will I win more contracts?

We cannot promise that: buyers decide. What we can do is make sure you see the right contracts early and spend your time on the ones you are most likely to win.

    Can I cancel?

Yes. There is no contract. Email us and your paid plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Every free email has an unsubscribe link.
