What the buyer says
East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) has a requirement to receive daily school attendance data for pupils who are placed in external education provision:- CLA placed in out of county schools, EHCP pupils placed in East Riding independent schools, EHCP pupils placed in other local authority schools, EHCP pupils placed in Post 16 provision (NCY 12 and 13 only), Compulsory school age children, Non EHCP, CiN or CP, in out of county schools or East Riding independent schools. ERYC use the data to intervene if concerned about level of attendance, ensure value for money, and in monitoring the effectiveness of external education provision.
